When you register with us on the website or via our call centre as an Entrepreneur Channel customer you are deemed to accept the following General Terms and Conditions:

Delivery

Although we strive to despatch all purchases within 7 working days, please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your order. Despatch is subject to availability and payment clearance.

If you have not received your goods within 28 days from the date of order, a full refund of the purchase price can be provided unless another delivery period has been mutually agreed.

Postage and packaging rates quoted on the Entrepreneur Channel TV programmes and websites are for delivery to UK and Mainland Europe.

Customs

When ordering goods from The Entrepreneur Channel for delivery to European countries outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from The Entrepreneur Channel, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Formation of Contract

The contract of sale for any Entrepreneur Channel product is accepted and therefore completed at the time at which we send confirmation by email of acceptance of your order (or at the point of payment acceptance on our telephone order line). The contract of sale will be deemed to have been completed in the United Kingdom.

Financial Details and Status

You undertake to ensure that details provided by you for the purpose of ordering products are correct. You also warrant that the credit or debit card used in respect of such orders is your own and that you have sufficient credit or funds available to cover the total cost of each order. You acknowledge that The Entrepreneur Channel is entitled to refuse for any reason any order placed by you.

Governing Law: The contract of sale for any Entrepreneur Channel product will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, the courts of which shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes which may arise there from.

Indemnity

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your account details and/or your personal information.
